To set a limit, go to Profile → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Enter your amount and confirm. The system checks your limit before processing each deposit. If you try to deposit more than your limit allows, the transaction fails and you see a message explaining why.

Self-Exclusion & Cooling-Off

If you need a longer break, use self-exclusion. This closes your 644jili account for a minimum of 6 months. During this period:

• You cannot log in or access your account
• All deposits and withdrawals are blocked
• You will not receive any promotional emails or SMS
• We reject any new accounts registered with your details
• You forfeit any remaining bonus balance

To request self-exclusion, email [email protected] with the subject "Self-Exclusion Request". Include your username and the period you want (6 months, 1 year, or permanent). Our team confirms within 24 hours. Once active, you cannot reverse it early.
